Four phases.

Fundamentals

The stride that starts everything.

Before speed comes mechanics. We rebuild your push from the hip socket, optimizing the glide phase to eliminate wasted energy. Most skaters gain 1.8 seconds on 400m without touching their fitness.

Cornering

Where races are won and lost.

The inner turn is where 80% of time is dropped. We drill the crossover sequence, lean angle, and pre-lean entry until the corner is automatic — so your brain is free to race.

Pack Drafting

Draft smart. Finish first.

Pack racing is chess at 38 mph. We teach positioning, drafting windows, breakaway timing, and how to read three skaters simultaneously — skills that separate medal finishes from also-rans.

Race Simulation

Race before you race.

Full-simulation sessions replicate regional qualifier conditions — same start protocol, same lap count, same coaching radio. We record every split so you leave with a tactical race plan, not just a time.

I started at 47. Blade didn't treat me like a beginner. They treated me like an athlete who hadn't found the right coach yet.
